The Women Leadership Symposium 2026 offers a powerful opportunity for women leaders to connect, reflect, and strengthen their leadership through wellness, wisdom, and community.
Grounded in our theme of exchanging Pearls of Wisdom, the symposium features sessions designed to inspire reflection, restoration, and growth. Participants will explore compassionate leadership, sustainable leadership models, financial literacy, and other essential topics that support women leaders at every stage of their journey.
Throughout the day, attendees will engage in meaningful dialogue, participate in wellness‑centered programming, and build connections with leaders who share their purpose and passion. Together, we will learn, reflect, and celebrate the collective strength of our CALSA community. Join us to deepen your leadership, expand your network, and cultivate practices that sustain both your corazón and your calling.
