Participants will engage in meaningful learning, authentic community-building, and shared leadership experiences that strengthen systems, elevate student and family voice, and cultivate the next generation of educational leaders.
This gathering convenes educational leaders, policymakers, students, and partners from across California to exchange effective practices, address inequities, and inspire leadership that advances opportunity, strengthens communities, and creates lasting impact for those we serve.

Venue Information
Hotel accommodations are available at the Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center through CALSA’s dedicated room block. Room rates begin at $349 per night, exclusive of taxes and fees, with upgraded accommodations available at varying price points.
Please make your reservations as soon as possible—the discounted conference rate is available through June 2, 2026 or until the room block is full. Availability is limited, so we encourage early booking to secure your stay.

The nearest airport to the Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center is the San Diego International Airport. This airport is 10.0 miles away and the Gaylord does not currently offer shuttle service.
