His leadership will strengthen CALSA’s long‑term sustainability, expand opportunities for our members, and help shape a future where Latino educational leaders continue to thrive and lead with corazón.”

Dr. Gaeta’s leadership extends beyond district operations to influence systemic change across California’s public education landscape. His work is rooted in servant leadership, innovation, and a belief that every student deserves access to the resources and opportunities necessary to thrive as socially conscious, active participants in society.

As CALSA’s Vice President of Finance, Dr. Gaeta will steward the organization’s fiscal strategy, champion innovation, and support initiatives that uplift Latino educational leaders statewide.
