CALSA’s Aspiring Administrators Academy will focus on elevating the leadership capabilities and professional growth for aspiring school principals. The academy will help support future school principals with the knowledge, skills and strategies needed to excel in their roles, ultimately benefiting the diversity of  students, teachers and the broader school community for which they serve.
