CALSA is now providing ads for employers who have job openings in the education field. This is solely a web based service and will be on CALSA's website under the Job Opportunities page.

Ad timeline

Your ad will appear on CALSA's website for a total of 30 days from the date it's upload onto our site.

CALSA will make an effort to post your listing the same day we receive your information but will not guarantee same day posting. Your posting could have a 48-hour delay to make it onto the webpage.

Extending/cancelling your ad

Extending your ad or cancelling your ad prior to the 30-day deadline is as simple as contacting CALSA via email at memberservices@calsa.org.**

Ads requesting to be extended will require an additional charge of a full 30 day posting.

**It is the sole responsibility of the requesting entity to notify CALSA if a published ad needs to be pulled or edited after it has been added to the CALSA website. We will not be responsible for any ads remaining on our website after the deadline date if it falls before the expiration of the 30-day contract.

Cost

The cost for one 30-day ad is $125. To extend past the 30 days you must pay an additional $90.

An invoice will be sent electronically a link for you to submit payment via credit card. If you're paying by check,

please provide a copy of your invoice along with your check to:

Terms of Service

All advertising copy is subject to approval by the California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators CALSA reserves the right not to publish any advertising submitted within its sole and absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever.

CALSA does not accept political advertising, advertising simulating editorial content, advertising deemed misleading or offensive to members, advertising inconsistent with the programs and purposes of the association or in conflict with association-sponsored programs.

CALSA reserves the right to cancel or reject any advertising that does not conform to the standards of the publication or the association.

Rates are subject to changes on 30 days written notice from publisher.

The publisher reserves the right to hold an advertiser and/or an advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher.

The agency and advertiser warrant that they possess the full rights to publish the contents of the advertising copy. The advertiser and agency agree to defend, indemnify, hold harmless CALSA from any claim against CALSA arising out of the publication of such advertisements, including those resulting from libel, violation of rights of privacy, plagiarism or copyright infringement.

By submitting your ad to CALSA the advertiser is agreeing to the terms listed above.
